配置
標準緩沖液的配制及其保存快速的配置酸度計保護液——3mol/L的KCl溶液展開步驟說明:
1、計算:KCl摩爾質(zhì)量74.5g/mol, 則KCl質(zhì)量=3mol×74.5g/mol=223.5g;
2、 稱量:用分析天平稱量KCl 223.5g,注意分析天平的使用;
3、 溶解:在燒杯中用100ml蒸餾水使之*溶解,并用玻璃棒攪拌;
4、 轉(zhuǎn)移,洗滌:把溶解好的溶液移入1000ml容量瓶,用容量瓶瓶口較細的。
注意:為了避免溶液灑出,同時不要讓溶液在刻度線上面沿瓶壁流下,用玻璃棒引流。為保證溶質(zhì)盡可能全部轉(zhuǎn)移到容量瓶中,應(yīng)該用蒸餾
水洗滌燒杯和玻璃棒二、三次,并將每次洗滌后的溶液都注入到容量瓶中。輕輕振蕩容量瓶,使溶液充分混合。(用玻璃棒引流)
5、定容:加水到接近刻度2-3厘米時,改用膠頭滴管加蒸餾水到刻度,這個操作叫定容。定容時要注意溶液凹液面的最矮處和刻度線相切,
眼睛視線與刻度線呈水平,不能俯視或仰視,否則都會造成誤差
6、搖勻:定容后的溶液濃度不均勻,要把容量瓶瓶塞塞緊,用食指頂住瓶塞,用另一只手的手指托住瓶底,把容量瓶倒轉(zhuǎn)和搖動多次,使
溶液混合均勻。這個操作叫做搖勻。
7、把定容后的KCl溶液搖勻。把配制好的溶液倒入試劑瓶中,蓋上瓶塞,貼上標簽。這樣配出來的就是3mol/L的KCl溶液了。
